New Advice Content Types

All-new Advice Content Types supporting Advice content in a reliable format as requested.
The default has always been and continues to be plain text, the difference now is that HTML and "raw" Advice content strings are not returned alongside the plain text.
HTML, raw and Markdown (coming soon) are opt-in by using the appropriate Accept header.
